Week AheadNordea
Next week will be relatively quiet data-wise. In the US only second- and third-tier data will be released. The Chinese flash PMI for July is likely to extend the improvement. The Euro area offers consumer confidence and flash PMIs. A bridge loan will enable Greece to pay back the EUR 3.5bn plus interests to the ECB as well as the arrears to the IMF. Bailout negotiations with the institutions formerly known as the troika will start.

The Week ahead in FXTradingFloor

The dollar could be glancing across the ring at the euro and the Swiss franc next week and fancying its chances. Elsewhere, it's a likely tester for AUD, NOKSEK is still looking good for a run and the yen is searching for directional cues.
